Greg has an extensive background in retail operations with 14 years in a big box retail store environment in various roles including store management, head-office area specialist, and eventually franchise owner/operator.

In 2017, Greg joined the commercial real estate industry as a licensed salesperson in the Province of Nova Scotia with a focus on landlord representation, tenant representation, and property management.

Today, Greg is working towards a Real Property Administrator Designation (RPA®) through BOMI Canada. The RPA® designation program focuses on the many aspects of operating a commercial property and provides Greg with the ability to maximize a building's net income while minimizing risks for landlords.
